Delivery times and conditions:

If we receive your order until 12:00 noon, we will ship the product on the same day.
If you place your order after 12:00 noon, we will ship the product on the following day.
Due to country-specific regulations concerning shipping, we reserve the right to amend delivery conditions as well as to deliver hazardous goods only under special conditions of transport (in particular to non-EU countries).

If your order contains non-hazardous as well as hazardous goods, we can deliver them separately, in order that you receive non-hazardous goods earlier. In this case, please expect correspondingly higher delivery costs.

Delivery times overview:

Delivery times when shipped with UPS or DHL (when ordered before 12:00 noon):

Within 24 hours in Germany, Austria and South Tyrol
Within 24-48 hours in all other EU countries
Within approx. 4 working days in non-EU countries (depending on custom clearance)

Delivery times when shipped with GLS (when ordered before 12:00 noon):

Within 24-48 hours in Italy
Within 3-4 working days in Germany and Austria
Within 4-5 working days in all other EU countries
